Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through VolaLog (“the Service”). All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record for VolaLog transactions.


14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, contact us within 14 days of payment at privacy@volalog.app with your order details and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.


After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.


EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). Our 14-day money-back guarantee honours this right unconditionally.


Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the period unless you request one within the 14-day window described above.

To cancel, use the account settings within VolaLog or contact Paddle directly via their customer portal.


Exceptional Circumstances

For issues such as accidental duplicate purchases or technical failures preventing access to the Service, contact us at privacy@volalog.app and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
